A friend was telling me that when he worked at a foundation the IT department department blocked sex and religious sites. Only problem, the nonprofit did work in domestic violence and blocking "sex" sites, blocked workers from visiting sites discussing domestic violence issues. Oh, and that block on religious sites...it was a faith-based organization.
