What Employee Benefit do Women Use More Than Men?

f you are living in the United States the right answer would be sick days. If you are in Europe, Asia, South America or Australia, I have no idea. I do know that in Europe however, the answer is definitely not sick days. Seems that in Europe...except for Sweden...men overwhelming use sick days more often than women.

The one common denominator in both situations is that the experts have no idea why the statistics are playing out the way they do.  Ode To The  Sick Day is what I explore on my  post at Blogher today.
