Over at The Washington Post, Shankar Vedantam looks at the psychological barriers that prevent employees from embracing female leaders.
Vedantam reports about some experiments conducted by NYU psychologist Madeline Heilman that support what women have known for a long time. What works in leadership for the gander,not so much for the goose.
