Avery Appelman is a criminal defense attorney and the managing partner of Appelman& Olson , a MInneapolis law firm. While Avery takes his work very seriously, he has a wicked sense of humor. As you will see, he agreed to be on an advisory board for Tom Delay for the fun of it, even though Avery calls himself a "lefty".
Note: Avery is a former client. In 2004, I did some consulting with Avery's law firm Appelman &Olson.
