Since I missed BlogDay 2005, I am celebrating BlogWeek -- introducing my readers to blogs that may not be on their regular reading list.  Today's introduction

I am Dr. Laura's Worst Nightmare. If the title doesn't get you, Grace's observation's and take on life will. Meeting her via the blog ( okay I actually met her on a phone conference and then checked out her blog) makes me feel like a wonderful neighbor moved to my block.

Here is what Grace says about her blog

"I am one of the many 'Dr. Laura's Worst Nightmares' in our fine country and I welcome you most warmly to my weblog. Please be informed that my journal will not provide a daily dis on Dr. Laura Schlessinger, though serving up frequent rants on Dr. L. is a tempting proposition and carthartic to boot. My motive is modest: I simply wanted to gain citizenship in the Great Blogging Nation. My posts celebrate the spectacular mundane: Life in our hippie surf town of Santa Cruz, California; my amazing biokid and wonderful stepkids; my genius husband, and my sweet and hilarious friends. And I get political. And graphic. And badass.
